Your class begins with a reclining pose— your legs propped over a chair
a few gentle alignments and adjustments to be made to allow for deeper release.
With soothing music, a guided relaxation is followed by slow mindful breathing;
then you’ll move through a series of non-athletic, supported, easy yet effective yoga poses/asanas called the Magic Four®. These poses focus on releasing tension
along the spine to create physical and mental freedom.
The class completes with a final guided shavasana/ reclining pose and
a meditative/contemplative reading.
